Cost for Food Vendor is $400.00
Friday: 12pm – 8pm
Saturday: 9am – 9pm
Sunday: 9am - 4pm
No in/out vehicle access in the Park during these times.
Full payment must be submitted and cashable upon acceptance of your application.
You MUST be on site for at least 2 full days.
The space is 10′ by 10′.
There will be an extra charge for a larger space. It is your responsibility to provide tents, tables and chairs.
There will be overnight security in the park. You are responsible for your own clean-up.
You are responsible to satisfy all regulatory rules and regulations, including, but not limited to Governments, City of Nanaimo, and the Loyal Nanaimo Bathtub Society as may be applicable.
You must have $2,000,000 (two million) Liability Insurance (food vendors) or $1,000,000 Liability Insurance (non-food vendors), and shall name both the City of Nanaimo and the Loyal Nanaimo Bathtub Society as co-insured. You will be required to submit a copy of your VIHA Health Certificate (food vendors only) as well as your insurance policy upon acceptance of this application.
The Loyal Nanaimo Bathtub Society has a Business License that covers all Vendors in the park.
If you do not follow the rules and regulations, you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.
