The Loyal Nanaimo Bathtub Society (LNBS) is a non-profit organization incorporated under the Society Act of BC and is made up entirely of volunteers. The aim of the LNBS is to promote the sport of bathtub racing and the beautiful City of Nanaimo. The society operates year round and is constantly providing information to prospective tubbers as well as general interest inquiries.

To get involved as a volunteer just call the LNBS at 753-RACE (7223) and leave your name and telephone number and if possible indicate what where your interests are and what part of the Marine Festival you would like to be involved in. Or you can attend the monthly general meeting held the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM at the Bathtub office at 373 Franklyn Street, Nanaimo, BC. If you are interested in becoming a member of the LNBS one only has to attend a general meeting and make their intention known and a membership package will be made available.
