RETAIL MERCHANDISE VENDORS

We are inviting a limited amount of crafters and retailers to participate in our 2011 Marine Festival from July 21 to July 24th at Maffeo Sutton Park. This year a 10 x 10 space is available at $50 for 1 day or 3 days for $125.00. Thursday July 21 is basically a set-up day ready for the crowds on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Upon approval by the Loyal Nanaimo Bathtub Society of product and or information to be handed out payment will be due for booking an assured space which is on a first come first served basis. No postdated cheques will be accepted and there will be no compensation for cancellations.
Please send your cheque along with details of your required space and the products you will be selling to address at bottom of this email.
All tents/canopies must be self supporting and tethered. You are responsible for insurance and cleanup of your space.
